Private Alpha
Request Private Alpha
Request Private Alpha access. We review every submission within two business days. Self-serve signup stays closed — approved requests receive a single-use access code.
Plain-language intake
Explain a software change in your own words. Guided questions fill the gaps meetings miss.
Business and IT estimates together
See the effort on both sides — training and adoption as well as the technical work — in one record.
A recorded decision before delivery
Leaders can say yes, no, or not yet with evidence, before anyone opens Jira or Asana.
Already use Jira? Keep it
Review and approve the software request in Foundry, then keep development work in Jira if that is what your engineering team uses. Foundry also has its own boards if you want them.
We use your email to process your access request and send transactional updates. Self-serve accounts stay closed.
After the form
What happens after you request access?
Submitting requests access. It does not create a workspace, start a subscription, or guarantee an invitation date.
- 1
You receive a confirmation
We email the address you submitted to confirm we received your Private Alpha request. The confirmation is transactional—not a newsletter.
- 2
We respond within two business days
We review every request and email you within two business days. We will confirm whether a seat is available, whether we need more information, or when we can invite you next. An invitation date is not guaranteed.
- 3
An invitation unlocks your workspace
If approved, you receive a single-use code tied to your email. Choose Starter, Professional, or Team and begin 30 days of complimentary access with no payment method required.
- 4
Run one real request through the workflow
Set up your organization, create a software request, and follow it through discovery, requirements, estimates, approval, delivery planning, testing, and release. Professional access also includes an in-app first-project checklist.
Private alpha at a glance
- What is available
- The active workflow covers software intake through release, including business and technical estimates, recorded decisions, requirements, stories, tasks, boards, testing, and release coordination.
- Support and feedback
- Use the in-app feedback form to report a bug, missing step, or confusing instruction. Account and plan questions can also be sent through the public contact page.
- What we ask from alpha users
- Bring a real software request and tell us where the workflow is unclear, incomplete, or slower than it should be. Practical product feedback is more useful than a polished case study.
- Current limits
- Self-serve signup remains closed, invitation timing is not guaranteed, and using Foundry alongside Jira currently uses a manual Epic-level handoff rather than automatic synchronization. After 30 complimentary days, the workspace becomes read-only unless you convert to a paid plan.
